Commissioning Vizionz Fraser Coast is acceptance of our standard Terms and Conditions detailed below;

Standard Terms and Conditions for photography assignments.

Definitions
"Us" or "we" or "our" means Vizionz Fraser Coast (ABN 37 856 547 392).

"Images" or "photographs" means all photographic material supplied by Vizionz Fraser Coast whether physical prints or in electronic format.

"You" means the client.

Copyright
The copyright in the images photographed by Vizionz Fraser Coast is owned by and retained by Vizionz Fraser Coast.
Vizionz Fraser Coast images may NOT be on-sold, leased, or given to 3rd party commercial entities e.g.; RPDATA, etc without written permission from Vizionz Fraser Coast.
Australia is a party to international treaties dealing with copyright protection, so our copyright protection continues to exist in most countries of the world.

Licence
Upon full settlement of our invoice(s) the client is granted a licence which entitles the client (or their appointed agent) to use the images for the purpose for which they were originally commissioned, without any further royalties, e.g. marketing the property for sale.

The Licence cannot be transferred without Vizionz Fraser Coast express permission in writing. Licence is automatically revoked if the client is placed into receivership or liquidation.

Vizionz Fraser Coast promotional use Vizionz Fraser Coast retains the right to use images for the purpose of self promotion, e.g. advertising, our website picture gallery.
Client's materials

The Client accepts full responsibility for any materials that they supply for use in the images and that the materials are adequately insured against loss, damage or liability.

Travel Surcharge
The first 50km is included. 67c per km is applied above the first 50km to complete the return journey to Hervey Bay base.

Payment
Payment by the client will be required within 14 days from the date of invoice(s). Late payment fees may become applicable to recover administration costs.

Indemnity
Vizionz Fraser Coast shall not be liable for any legal action, claim or damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of the images or other use by the client. The client shall indemnify Vizionz Fraser Coast against any claims and/or damages as a result of the client’s use of the images.

Client Approval
If the client is not present during the actual photography sessions then Vizionz Fraser Coast's interpretation of the assignment will be accepted.

Client Confidentiality
Vizionz Fraser Coast treats and respects any information you provide as strictly confidential.

We do not sell, loan, trade or otherwise transfer any information collected by us from you onto any third party.

Variation
These terms shall not be varied except by agreement in writing.
